The purpose of our Photo Gallery is to share memories and to allow viewers to see the beauty of our mountains, our history, people and pets, wildlife, and mountain activities.  We welcome landscape photos, people photos, pictures of your pet, pictures from the past, and much more.  By emailing your photo, you are allowing CathyVandiver.com to publish the photo on our Web site.

Since CathyVandiver.com is a family-friendly site, we reserve the right to reject unsuitable images.

Copyright of the image remains the property of the photographer. A photo credit with copyright symbol will be provided under your image.

You must be 18 years old to submit a photo.  All images must belong to the person emailing the photo; all rights in the photo must be the property of the person uploading the photo.

Submitter of the photo acknowledges that he/she has sufficient written permission of any recognizable models or other persons appearing in the photograph to be able to grant to CathyVandiver.com the right to publish their photo, and hereby grant to CathyVandiver.com such right.

If you agree to the terms above, please email your photo, with "I accept" in the subject line beside the subject title.  Please also include your name and a title for your photo.  Upon receipt of your photo, I will send you a return email.
